Jeffrey Bailey has over 25 years in the Information Technology and Engineering domain. He is currently serving as the Manager, MS Strategy – Tools & Platforms for CDW – a global Managed Services Provider of technology products and services for business, government and education. In his current role, Jeffrey defines and implements the strategy for the Tools & Platforms providing Full Stack Observability & AIOps for Managed Services customers.

Prior to CDW, Jeffrey developed NMS expertise and managed Service Transition at INOC for twelve years, in addition to earlier engineering endeavors at Humana and Paragon Development Systems.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Herzing University.
