I'm interested in presenting during the event. Who do I contact?

When you register, check the box beneath the form. Or, you can email caitlyn.tibbs@sciencelogic.com . We're looking for users with tips, tricks, how-to's, best practices, and stories about how to solve a problem or ease a pain point using ScienceLogic. Nervous? Don't let that stop you! What is the closest airport to the venue?

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is 4 miles or a 10-15-minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Please take the time of day and traffic into account when estimating event arrival and departure times.

Where do I go to check-in?

Our amazing Events team will be there to greet you at the meeting room and will walk you through the check-in process. Meeting room details will be provided to all who register. We highly recommend you arrive early for check-in so you can enjoy breakfast prior to the event. Check out our agenda for details on what time breakfast starts.

What’s the parking situation?

Hyatt Regency Phoenix will validate parking. Overnight self-parking for guests is $29 and day self-parking is $15 per vehicle.

What’s the WiFi info?

There is a wireless network for guests which will be provided in all relevant meeting rooms. WiFi information will be provided the day of the event.

What should I wear?

We like to keep it business casual. Phoenix will still be warm in October, but it might be cold in the meeting room so we recommend bringing a light jacket.

I'm not from Arizona. What's the weather generally like in Phoenix?

In October, temperatures are still quite warm after the hotter Summer months. On average you can expect highs around 89 F and lows of 64 F, but thankfully Arizona is a dry heat!
