Q. What is the deadline for submitting the application.

Q. How do customers qualify?  

Eligibility includes:  

  • Be a current ScienceLogic customer or partner with a live SL1 deployment  

  • Have a compelling transformation story   

  • Agree to the use of company name and logo in ScienceLogic social and digital channels  

 

Q. What will I be asked to provide if I apply?  

  • Describe idea or innovation in great detail. 

  • What is use case and what challenges does it address 

  • When was it implemented?  

  • Describe the environment and how it’s all connected to SL1 (and/or any 3rd party solutions)  

  • Share any KPIs or milestones reached 

  • Provide supplemental material describing the idea or project (optional)  

 

Q. Who determines the winners?  

A panel of ScienceLogic and industry experts will determine the winners of the 2022 ScienceLogic Innovators Award.  

 

Q. How will I know if I’m an award winner?  

Winners will be contacted directly in October 2024 and will be announced in Mid-November. 

 

Q. What do I receive if I’m an award winner?  

 Award winners will be recognized in the following ways:  

  • Public announcement of ScienceLogic Innovators Award Winners  

  • Public promotion of winners’ stories via social media kit, customer blog, and/or video testimonial 

  • Innovators award 

  • Feature in ScienceLogic In the Know customer newsletter 

  • ScienceLogic’s Nexus Community recognition 

 

Q. Do I need to be a Pathfinder to apply for an award?

Yes, all award applicants can enroll in Pathfinders, our customer advocacy program, at https://sciencelogic.com/customers/pathfinders
